StayLocal
OUR WAY OF BEING A HOTEL: LOCAL, SUSTAINABLE, CULTURAL
We believe that a stay could be more than a simple night away from home. For this reason, we commit every day to create authentic connections with the territory, enhancing the local culture, promoting sustainability and offering experiences that leaves a mark. Discover our projects: each of them tells a part of us. And, maybe, also a parte of you.
🌱 CERTIFIED SUSTAINABILITY - GSTC
We are the first and only hotel in Pordenone that obtained the international GSTC certification, the highest stadard in terms of environmental, cultural and social sustainability. A concrete commitment that reflects in every choice.
THE SILENT CINEMA THEME PLAN
StayLocal is the real essence of the hotel: a deep link with the territory that allow you to discover Pordenone not only like a simple visitor, but like a real insider.
We are a reference point for those who desire to live an immersive experience. Every hospitality detail tell about the city: from the themed rooms to cultural projects.
THE POETRY THEME PLAN
Silent, intimate, vibrant: the third floor of the hotel is dedicated to poetry and it has been conceived in collaboration with PordenoneLegge, the festival that celebrates every year the word and its authors.
The rooms are dressed in verses and suggestions that accompany rest with lightness and depth. An invitation to slow down, to be inspired, to find beauty even in the details.
GUEST PROJECT
The hotel becomes a gallery: with the photographic GUEST project, we host works that tell different life styles, stories and personalities which share a common meeting place. A way to open spaces for reflection and beauty.
The exhibition is open to everybody, it is set up in the exposition spaces of TheBasement, our basement dedicated to culture and creativity.
Photographers: Valentina Iaccarino and Pietro Peressutti.
Curator: Nico Covre
Hive Adoption
We decided to support who works every day (tirelessly!) for our planet: the bees. For this reason, we adopted some hives in collaboration with Orto delle Api, a sustainable farm in Codroipo (UD).
Small and precious, bees are the custodians of biodiversity. A simple gesture, ours, that smells of flowers, honey, future.
Local experiences
From guided tours to food and wine tastings, each experience is designed to let you experience the best of our territory.

Training course on gender-based violence.
In collaboration with Voce Donna.
We have launched a training course for all our staff to learn more about gender-based violence, recognise the signs and know how to offer initial support. A social responsibility initiative that received coverage in the press and on local television networks.

Ongoing partnerships
Recycling and solidarity: the caps that make the difference
Our hotel participates in Amorim Cork Italia's ethical project, transforming corks into materials for green building and sustainable design, with funds going to Italian non-profit organisations. We also support the Via di Natale Association by collecting plastic bottle caps to fund the Aviano Hospice, involving guests and the community in a concrete commitment to the environment and social issues.
